Irena has served as Vice President of Research & Development since 2017. In this role, she is responsible for the company’s R&D delivery.

Irena has a proven track record of delivering products from concept to deployment and leading complex software projects in the video conferencing, security and digital printing industries.

Prior to AnyClip, Irena served as Director of R&D at Gemalto (formerly Safenet) (EURONEXT: GTO), where she led the development of various Enterprise Security products.

Prior to that, Irena served as Line of Business Manager and R&D Director at AT&T (NYSE: T), leading the development of a market-led mobile-centric video conferencing platform.

Before that, Irena served as Director of R&D at Kodak (NYSE: KODK), where she led the development of advanced image-processing products for a wide range of high-speed digital printers.
