In her role as VP Human Resources, Naama oversees all human resource needs for AnyClip’s global team.

Prior to joining Anyclip, Naama served as VP of Human Resources at Earnix and N-trig, where she led strategic global organizational structure and culture changes in alignment with business goals.

Before this, Naama has held numerous leadership positions in human resources, specializing in post-merger integration, organizational management, management team development and HR administration.

A certified clinical psychologist, she has also been practicing clinical psychotherapy for over 17 years.  Naama holds a BA in Psychology (Cum Laude) and an MA in clinical Psychology from the Haifa University as well as an EMBA from the Kellogg-Recanati International Executive MBA program.
